We have used a 3 prong approach on our journey which includes:
- FITNESS: I know what you are thinking. It's the same thing I thought for YEARS! I can lose weight without it, who wants to be tortured like that.
- NUTRITION: Yup, we ditched sodas and fast food. I know it doesn't sound appealing where you are NOW, but if you just trust us, you'll feel better and before you know it, you'll have zero desire for it! It doesn't mean you have to eat like a bunny rabbit! We treat ourselves as well - we've got you!
- SUPPLEMENTATION: It is impossible to eat everything you'd need each day to give your body every vitamin and mineral it needs in a day. That's why supplementing is beneficial to achieve maximum results. One way we have supplemented can be seen below - one shake a day full of dense nutrition your body needs.
